“I’ve Lost 20 lbs and Gained a TON of Strength!”

lauren before after Success StoriesHi, I’m Lauren and I want to share my amazing experience with Benjamin as my personal trainer! I originally came to Ben because I wanted to get into better shape, learn how to work different parts of my body effectively and try something out of my comfort zone. I’d never really worked out in the typical sense of the word before training with Ben, so there was definitely a learning curve! However, Ben has a real ability to impart his exercise knowledge onto his clients–it wasn’t long before I was doing full-body olympic lifts with perfect form! The workouts have gotten more and more fun the longer I’ve been with him because my abilities just keep on increasing, and my confidence in the gym has sky-rocketed.

In 5 months so far with Ben I’ve lost 20 lbs of pure body fat, tons of inches and gone from 30% body fat down to 20%! Yet, even though I was losing weight, I still managed to greatly increase my strength during this time–it’s been amazing! My muscle tone has increased so much that I don’t even recognize old pictures of myself!

My favorite part about working out with Ben is that he has such a wide range of skills. Instead of your usual cookie-cutter workouts in the gym, we would go outside, perform obstacle courses, work on agility drills, and he even taught me Muay Thai kickboxing! How cool is that? Ben’s training is tailored to each person’s body type and personality, and he is skilled in the diet department as well. He’s also on call to help with any questions and can even provide articles to reference (some that he’s written himself) on virtually every topic. He even took me grocery shopping to show me what to buy and what to avoid!

I Absolutely recommend Ben to ANYONE looking for an amazing personal trainer; I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

“My Strength EXPLODED, I Lost 30lbs and Now I Love Fitness!”

I felt like one person on the inside, but everyone saw a different person outside. And then I awakened and realized that it wasn’t just my weight that bothered me, but that my body was working against me. I was unhealthy… I couldn’t even do a single push-up!

Since I began training with Ben, I’ve lost almost 30 pounds and started wearing clothes that fit me well. I now feel more energetic, relaxed, and healthy. I don’t worry about what I’m eating or how I’m exercising, because I’ve now made fitness and nutrition part of my lifestyle. And now I even get all these great compliments on my fitness!

With 2BFit, I really appreciate how Benjamin can always adapt and change up the day’s routine to keep me interested in the workouts or to cater to me in case of some issue or another. I used to get bored at the gym, not know what exercises to do or how to do them, but now I have a whole arsenal of routines to do and have form “like an olympic weight lifter” as Ben likes to say.

I recommend 2BFit to all you naysayers out there–the ones who think they can’t get a little (or a lot) healthier–the ones who think they’re too busy to go to the gym, or to eat healthy. I was there once, but now here I am, and I can’t imagine going back!

“I Lost 3.5% Body Fat in 4 Weeks!”

ashley before after Success StoriesMy name is Ashley and I came to Ben to lose my post baby weight after my recent pregnancy. In addition to being heavier than I was before my pregnancy, I also lacked energy and strength, particularly in my lower back which was causing me to have pain in that area. After working with Ben for only a month, I’ve already lost 5 lbs of pure fat and still going strong! I’ve noticed my tummy has gotten flatter, I have better stamina, better balance, and I also have more energy throughout the day. Mentally, I feel more focused, relaxed, and these workouts also help beat the baby blues that new moms often get.

Ben discussed my schedule with me before we began and tailored a program around my needs. As a mom and a teacher, I am very busy and don’t have a lot of time to work out (or for myself in general!). Ben made a workout for me that allows me to come in for just 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week and it works great and doesn’t take up all my time. I recommend Ben to anyone who is looking for a skilled trainer who won’t just give you a cookie cutter workout and ignore your individuality. In fact, I already have recommended him to a bunch of my friends!

“I’ve Toned My Stomach, Arms and Thighs!”

I really wanted to lose a little bit of weight and mostly to get more toned all over, mainly in my legs and arms. I have lost 7lbs in about a month and a half and still losing strong! I’ve noticed that i am getting much stronger and the things i couldn’t do at first, I can do now. My arms and stomach are way more toned than they were before and my legs are looking more slim. Exactly what I wanted!

Working out with Ben has made me want to be healthy and work out more and as I progress and see change, it gives me a lot more confidence in myself. I really like the workouts because he knows what exercises are going to work for your particular body style. He really focuses on what you want to achieve and works around your schedule… I don’t think you’ll find another trainer who will do that out there. Ben is extremely knowledgable in what he does and he lets you know what you should and should not be eating and really breaks down everything for you whether it’s about food or your body! I’ve already told everyone I know about Ben and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for quality personal training!

“I Look and Feel Great!”

alison before after Success StoriesI came to Ben for training because I wanted to tone a couple problem areas and increase my core and upper body strength. I’ve lost a total of about 10 pounds since beginning training about a month and a half ago… and it’s all fat loss!  I think I’ve lost even more inches all around because I can really feel the difference in how my jeans have been fitting me lately.  I’ve noticed that my quads and hamstrings are leaner and the best part is that I can see definition in my arms and my core is definitely a lot stronger! Not only do I feel better about myself because I look and feel great, but mentally I feel stronger because I’m able to do more reps with more weight now than I was able to do in the first week I started.

I feel comfortable with Ben.  He’s professional and always gives great advice related to diet questions and workout modifications.   He was patient with me and showed me how to perform the movements correctly so I got the best workout possible.  I also appreciated his encouragement throughout the entire workout… He never let me give up! I tell all my family and friends about my recent training.  Everyone thinks I look great and I tell them how easy and fun it was!
