Body Sculpting

First we will identify the “priority areas” on your body—those areas that bother you the most—and will immediately begin attacking them to bring them up to par. The next phase will involve maximizing your metabolism, strength and energy levels so that you become a fat-incinerating machine! Finally, in the third phase we will continue to develop the life-long habits that will make the changes to your body permanent and provide you with the right tools to live the happy, healthy and long life that you deserve!
Post-Pregnancy Rehabilitation
Are you pregnant or did you recently have a baby, and find yourself missing the body you had before your pregnancy? Don’t let your post-pregnancy body frustrate you! With my specially-designed program including nutrition, exercise, stretching and cardio training geared specifically towards post-natal rehabilitation, you can, and will, regain your pre-pregnancy body—or, as often happens with my clients, actually surpass your previous physique! Feel and look great when you get back in shape! It’s more important than ever to take care of yourself and help your body recover from nine months of pregnancy. The last thing most new mothers think about is looking and feeling great. Don’t let, “I just gave birth to a baby,” be your excuse for not taking good care of yourself!

Are you preparing for a fitness modeling shoot, or a figure/fitness/bodybuilding competition, or just trying to break into the industry? Regardless of the circumstances, one thing is certain: it’s more critical than ever that you get the quickest, best results possible and look your best on the day of the event. Rather than trying to go it alone or working with someone who lacks experience in this particular field and setting yourself up for potential failure, allow me to provide you with an individualized, 12 week program that is guaranteed to take your body to the next level! We will be adjusting both your workouts and your nutrition each week as we approach the deadline to maximize their effects and get you as lean, hard and defined as humanly possible!

CORE Condition™ Athletic Bootcamp
CORE Condition is the only athletic bootcamp in Orange County. As the ultimate fitness system designed specifically to get participants into the best shape as quickly, safely and enjoyably as possible, CORE Condition is like nothing else out there! It is a three-day-per-week program, consisting of three key emphases: Calisthenics & Obstacle courses, Resistance training and Endurance training, which are cycled every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, respectively. Focused core and conditioning training is also performed on each of these days. If you want to get into the absolute best athletic shape of your life, this is the program for you!
